Themis is a Managing Director and Co-founder of ExperTech with over 25 years of recruiting experience for senior positions in Information Technology. His personal commitment to helping organizations and individuals has provided the foundation for his ongoing success. Themis played a key role in bringing ExperTech into a global network, expanding its international reach. He works directly with candidates and clients to help make the search and placement process as smooth and efficient as possible.

Themis has extensive experience with the process of candidate interviews and works in an advisory capacity with clients to identify the right talent for each specific role. He is passionate about helping people in their career path while ensuring success for corporate clients.

Themis completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Labour Relations and a Master’s Degree in Sociology at McGill University. He is a volunteer Board Director for the Canadian Occupational Therapy Foundation and a certified member of the Order of Human Resources Professionals. He enjoys spending time travelling with his family and dog.

Richard Wahba is a Managing Director and Co-founder of ExperTech with over 25 years of experience in recruitment, specializing in senior roles across Information Technology, Finance, and Executive Search. With a background in business and a strong understanding of client and candidate priorities, Richard is committed to creating effective and efficient hiring experiences.

He works closely with organizations to understand their hiring goals and provides hands-on support throughout the recruitment process. Richard’s approach is collaborative and practical, aiming to deliver tailored solutions that match the unique needs of each role while supporting candidates in building rewarding careers.

Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from HEC, University of Montreal. He is actively involved in the continued development of ExperTech’s services and its role within the North American market. Outside of work, he enjoys travel, staying active playing hockey and golf, and spending time with his family and dog.
