Our client is a global software company offering end-to-end solutions across the credit and debt lifecycle. Their SaaS products support financial institutions in automating lending, collections, insolvency, and debt management processes. With a well-established presence in Europe, the organization is actively expanding into North America.
The Task
We were engaged to recruit a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the complete redesign of the client’s systems and applications for the North American market. This remote position required a highly experienced professional to shape the technology foundation for regional operations, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams.
The Challenge
This was a strategic, high-impact role with very specific requirements:
- Deep technical expertise in enterprise-level architecture design
- Significant experience in financial services, including credit, lending, and debt management systems
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to fintech in the U.S. and Canada
- The ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient systems tailored to the North American market
Given the niche combination of financial domain knowledge and advanced systems architecture experience, the available talent pool was highly limited.
